My Complaint Description:
I had lodged complaint regarding network issue at my residence in Aug 17. after that I started to receive calls from Airtel and they all given fake commitments as issue will be resolved in a month but still issue is not resolved.
Hopefully some action will be taken after this.

  1. Its been more than 15 months that i have been following up with airtel in relation to poor network .
    Month on month i have been paying bills for no usage. But despite of our dedication and sincerity towards paying the bill on time, i am not getting any deadline or any resolutions .not able to use the basic services.

    How come only organisation can need time and and we as customers cannot avail time for anything

    I m already paid for bill on my airtel app but you are not update in your system and your company day to day call for outstanding bill amount. I m visit today at airtel store so she can answered you can give a bank statement so why can use people airtel app your for bill payment ya recharge any use the airtel app service ask bill not update so customer give a bank statement why?
    I have solution for this complaint…
