I wrote following email to the Axis bank Noddle officer and customer service but yet not get any reply. We had two policy for me and my wife. Pl. look in to the matter on urgent basis.
Sub.:- Max Insurance Policy wrong commitment by the bank representative Mr.Harsh Patel
Pl. know that we are having max Life Insurance Policy as per below mentioned details. Axis bank representative Mr.Harsh Patel worked earlier with your branch had given us very wrong commitment about insurance details. He was said that after three years of policy you will be able to withdraw your paid amount with bonus but found it was wrong information provided by him. Actually this amount is useful for my daughter marriage and already told the same. I also found this amount will mature in the year of 2033 means naturally in very old age which is not useful at all to me.
This is big fraud done by him and I wish bank will take care of this issue and return back my paid insurance amount on urgent basis as it is required for my baby’s foreign education. Kindly find two policy details as below.
