Hello sir
I need to register complaint against Bajaj insurance company.

I had renew mine car insurance online through thier app. Insurance is passed and payment is done on 4th july. But still they are not giving me policy recipe or policy number. I had sent lots of mail and contact consumer care but still there is not any results comes. Please help me in this matter.

This are messages from baja Allianz company

After car inspection done message comes on mobile is
Dear Customer, Your vehicle is elgible for insurance .Kindly contact nearest branch with this pre_inspection No 2019-04881663 for the renewal of your motor insurance policy. Regards, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance co. Ltd.

After payment done message comes on mobile.

Dear customer, Your premium of Rs. 7986 for Transaction Reference No 6839035 has been received by Bajaj Allianz and your policy is being processed. Thank You!

This is message from company but after so many mail and call I don't get any results.
