My Complaint Description:
I am Nivedhan Sudhakar Gandhi from Pune, Maharashtra. Today I paid 400/- at SA BIRYANI HOUSE, PUNE hotel using Bharatpe QR – merchant (9922863188) with business name: S A BIRYANI HOUSE through PAYTM UPI linked to my HDFC Bank. My account was debited but the Hotel owner said he hasn't recieved the money & started arguing for paying 400₹ by cash now. I shown him debited sms on my phone as well. He didn't listened to anything. I checked my HDFC statement & called paytm customer care as well. Everything was clear from our end. Issue was from Bharatpe end. Hence i called Bharat Pe customer care couple of times, but their responses were pathetic and they disconnected my call in between without proper justification to where my money is. One of them asked to mail me the debit proof screenshot to their support mail id so that they can resolve the issue. I did sent but they didn't do anything. I waited in the hotel for 2 hrs, but no response from Bharatpe and i was getting late to airport. Hence i had to pay the owner 400₹ cash as well.
Hence due to error from bharat pe, i had lost my 400₹ unnecessarily. Hence requesting grahak suraksha portal to bring justice to me and order bharat pe to refund my 400₹.
