My Complaint Description:
I took delivery of my new Tata Nexon XZ+ on 31-Jul'19 from Tata Motors Arya, Gurgaon. On 16-Jul'19 out side society building the road has pot holes, in one of pot hole my vehicle also came in which there was stone as well which has slightly rubbed the tyre and it busted. There is 2 small cut marks also has come.
Same day I contacted, Tata Motors sales and then service centre and briefed them about the incident; they guided that this is tyre quality issue and can be resolved by Bridgestone only. Then I visited, Bridgestone stone showroom near my office at Golf Course Rd, Gurgaon. Where the proprietor checked with Bridgestone area sales manager, he then spoke to me as well on 31-Aug'19. He said that company fitted tyres doesn't come into their part and it will be resolved by Tata Motors only.
Next day I contacted Tata Motors service centre and they said we can't do anything.
I am really concerned about the quality and with small pot holes on the road and understanding the road infrastructure of India. If this can damage the tyre, I need a resolution from either of the companies.
