My Complaint Description:
I purchased ticket from to booth at 430 pm. T no 0001001115301379. Unwanted to board bus no 12 . no bus came for 35 min. I asked at ticket booth. He directed to people on duty on stand. Six persons gossiping. Didn't attend me. They fingered to one person in California dress. He said he is passenger. Later at 515 pm he accepted that he is supervisor but has no control over traffic. Complaint book not given. All 8 employees were laughing at me and suggested to call taxi if in hurry. Bus came at 515 pm. Driving very rough. No sign board. Rude bathroom with senior citizens. Jerks at every stop.
