Dear sir/madam,

I have done online recharge of janmarg smart card of BRTS with it's application on 8/1/2019 at 10.53 AM but recharge is Failed and amount has been deducted from my bank A/c.
kindly refund it soon it has been 72 hours done after filling a complaint.
