My Complaint Description:
I have a problem regarding network issues and internet's slow speed. This problem occurs since last more than 29 days. The network problem is the network changes from 3g to 2g and after some time it changes from 2g to 3g at the same place. For above problems I have registered a complain on 30th June 2017, but after 96 hours the problem is still occurring so I called customer care and told them that what is happening so the customer care executive told me to that to wait for 24 hours. The next day the problem is same as before, so I talk with senior executive of customer care and re-register my complain. But there is no solution provided for my complain. And after some day on 16th July 2017 again I registered a complain for the same as above. And the next day I receive a message from BSNL which says that my docket has been closed but still I faced the same problem. Then after I complained on 18th July 2017 for above same issues but still I faced same problem.
Company's official note down my complains as a formality but they don't resolve my complaints.
I've recharged for ₹333 which gives me daily 1gb internet for 84 days but since this problem is occurring I don't use internet properly so I claim to return my money or solve this problem.
