Dear Sir / Madam,

Still I am waiting for your reply since 2 month.

As today I talk with your help centre they simply said my complain was launch as I don’t get bill (Invoice Copy) and second complain launch as I don’t like the product with this type of communication I am not able to prove what they write on their complain box and finally I am suffering with defected product.

If you are not able to replace/repair my defected product from your vendor site I suggest to deactivate this type of vendor from your site which are misuse your reputation.

I request you to please reply / call me as soon as possible with result.

I had placed order for Star Fish Electric Kettle(HA) on 26-12-2012 and received this item. this Item have 3 month warranty period but after receiving this item it’s work stop in 8-10 days and I ask for this problem to Star-CJ and I received answer to contact to Mfg. company and send it back on base of to pay courier charge, but at my end not a single courier pick-up parcel on this basis they told if we get instruction from vendor then only it is possible and if I like to send it the charges is too high because of I am not a regular customer of that courier. Today I again contact star cj for the same and they ensure me for do necessary step for help me but I don’t get any complain no or I am not able to track it online.

I request to you please take it on priority basis and help me for replacement.
