Still I am waiting for your reply since 2 month.
As today I talk with your help centre they simply said my complain was launch as I don’t get bill (Invoice Copy) and second complain launch as I don’t like the product with this type of communication I am not able to prove what they write on their complain box and finally I am suffering with defected product.
If you are not able to replace/repair my defected product from your vendor site I suggest to deactivate this type of vendor from your site which are misuse your reputation.
I request you to please reply / call me as soon as possible with result.
