My Complaint Description:
On 26th March, 2018 I purchased two fan from NCC Unit Run Canteen, Nagpur. I gave my card to the cashier he tried two times and said that the card is not working please pay in cash. I paid the bill in cash. I have the receipt also. Next day i saw that Rs. 2760 has been debited from my account that too two time. Means Rs. 5520 was debited from my account. I made a complaint to SBI and they told my complaint will be solve within 45 days. But after 90 days also my complaint was not solve. The NCC Unit canteen statement showed that on 10-04-2018 Rs. 2760 has been gone from their account. But HDFC in not refunding the money to SBI saying that the transaction is shown successful. Now Ombudsman Mumbai has given me a letter saying that IN view of the above there is no lapse on the part of the bank we close the complaint as dealt with under clause 13(a) of BOS-2006 on 16th May, 2019. I have statement of NCC Unit Run Canteen, Nagpur also and cash paid receipt also. Please take necessary steps to solve my case and refund Rs. 5520 to my SBI Account.
