Complaint Against Relince Custmer Care

I have recharged my sim with net pack, and for gprs setting, i have messeged ALL to 55100. But i did’t got the setting and the meessege privaild that my phon registeration has not been found in the data base. And after that i have calld to the relince custemer care after so many calls thay attended the call and promised me to provide the setting and told me that you dont have to worry mam we will provide you setting and also said we will call you but till now thay have not called me and am trying to call after so many call thay are not providing me. I have got No results.please help me. Thankyou.
