My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir, I was visit at Tata Docomo Store at Ground Floor, Akash Towar, Premchandnagar Road, Ahmedabad, before 30/12/2015. I request there a one executive to change my plan up to 1 GB because my usage reduced. Recently I receive my bill with amounting of Rs.850/- & I called 2 times at customer care no. 1800266121. I have been requested there to close my connection with the immediate effect. But them premium line executive give the waiver of rs.300/- on the same bill & offer plan of 2gb – 3g speed & then unlimited internet. Than I ask a question for next month bills problem, suddenly disconnect the phone. And I tried 2nd time & called & discussed with the executive, he is explaining you have received your waiver of rs.500 so you can't able to close your connection. I requested him to close it than again he will transfer the call at premium help line executive. I request him to close the connection with immediate effect. He is informed me your waiver amount cancel than you can close your connection.
A person of Akash Tower Docomo center missed to request my plan change request to register with the Docomo company , that's why I was phasing a problem.
