My msg pack for 102 is activated inspite of that they have taken charges for msgs done by me today.when i called to customer care they gave me wrong informatiom that my todays 100 msgs have been completed but today i have sent only 30 msgs…again i called to customer care they told me that ur this month’s msg pack have not renewed….nd this information is also wrong…true is that that we shouls not renew our msg service monthly.it is an autorenewable service….they have diducted 20 rupees unfairly nd have given me wrong information…i want quick action against this company.…
