If you check the service log of “Aditi Enterprises” Nasik – 422006, we had to call him every month for issues since the day of purchase and within the first month (in warranty) we had realised the product is faulty and asked for a product replacement.
Most of the times they asked to pay some amount and replace some part and fix it.

I RAISE A COMPLAIN ON DATE 03/08/2018.THE PERSON FROM SAMSUNG COMPANY CAME ON DATE 4/08/2018 AND HE CHECK A REFRIGERATOR AND TAKE THE PHOTOS OF IT.AND THEN SEND TO THE COMPANY BUT AFTER 17 DAYS COMPANY REPLIED THAT THIS REFRIGERATOR IS NOT REPAIRABLE . AND COMPANY WILL REFUND ONLY22% OF MY PURCHASE PRICE. FAULT IN REFRIGERATOR FROM COMPANY SIDE.CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.SO MY REQUEST IS EITHER REPLACE PIECE TO PIECE OR REFUND 100% OF MY PURCHASE PRICE.
