I was sent a parcel from Surat to Delhi by this ON DOT COURRIER ABD CARGO, which was said yo be delivered by 29th of april, 2019. As of today i haven't received the parcel yet nor i am informed about status and location of it. Online tracking system has stuck on one location since 30th april and it's not moving forward in it. Upon calling customer service they Just kept giving me different other numbers to call on and file my complain.
