We had placed an order with them in January, after which they failed to deliver the goods. They asked for a reselection of different items which we did. They were only able to deliver 1 item from that and still didnt deliver the other item. Upon continuous follow up with them, they stopped responding to our calls and messages. Then we complainted our reviews on websites about their non compliance.

Bank has clearly confirmed that self is not in receipt of new credit card ending with XXXXXXXXXXXXXX52 and in mail dated 18.03.2019 bank is asking me to logged the complaint against the third party for fraudulent encash booked. Old card 5264XXXXXXXX8932 expiry date was 09/16 and without my acknowledgement this card was blocked and new card XXXXXXXXXXXXXX52 was issued on 06/15 before the expiry of old card, secondly as per bank's confirmation in mail dated 15.3.2019 new card was not delivered to me…On Sept'18 bank sent be the bill of annual fee + the Encashment booked without considering my acknowledgement on the new card which is not delivered to me…
