on 16 th june i went to the samsung service station in ahmedabad…but i haven’’’’t got any positive response from samsung people…within 2 hours these people returned me cell phone on 16 th by saying that ’’’’’’’’ we have updated software of your phone’’’’’’’’ but again i started facing same problems on my phone

then again i went to service station on 18 th june…and i gave my phone to your executive … and they kept my phone with them…today is 19 the june…still people have been keeping my phone with them… and i haven’’’’t got any positive response from them.…

I have been a Samsung customer for over 8 years and based on my pleasant experience of the past, I purchased the Ace Plus on 25 March 2012 IMEI No. 358866/04/064050/2.

Within 7 days the speaker malfunctioned. I approached the authorised service centre at Panvel and was informed that the speaker needs to be changed. They returned the handset after 2 days, changing the speaker. However, i faced the same problem and once again approaced the Panvel Authorised Service centre. They were unable to rectify the problem.…
