This is komal Singh, I want to return all palazo suits which I ordered.

Reason for returning= Green suit is tore and all 4 suits are not good in quality.
So I have quality issue, size issue n price issue as well, the cloth material that they provided it's so cheap, it's looking like local street market kind of clothes that cost 400 to 500s.

We have placed order on 29th Oct 2018 received one order on 4th Nov but it is not what we had ordered. We have ordered Glorious blue colour silk Foil Printed Designer Gown –1007 Blue Gown but we have received red colour Gown, material is also not silk.
We have ordered first time at Zipker.com but we are frustrated because we have ordered it for Diwali and we received wrong order.

I ordered online dress worth rs 1599 on 29th oct ,which i prepaid.zipker application show me that my order dispatch on 30th oct but today is 13th nov and i still not recieved.they also not providing any courier tracking details.

I follow up on customer care no which is always busy or switched off on workings hours,i also mailed on [email protected] and [email protected] but they didnt reply me.

Nowi have on clue where is my courier and have no any contact.so please helpme asap.
