Hello,
Wrong product has been delivered.i need to return it , i have raised a ticket for the same on the same date when wrong product was delivered.But it is been more than a month and i have not heard from the seller yet.Now they have closed the ticket mentioning that the company will not process over day complaints.
I have addressed that wrong product has been delivered on the same day when i recieved the product but no one from zipker team contacted me so far and now after two months they hv closed the ticket.
