I have applied a loan online, I have got a call from a person saying that he was from Bajaj Finserv and i am eligible for the loan of 200000/-. Further to that he asked me to pay for 5600/- for processing fee and i have been told that once this payment is done the loan amount will be disbursed but then he has asked me to pay 14800/- for bank clearance form and 9120/- as advance EMI for 3 months, I have refused to pay them and they have convinced me to pay 14120/- for getting the bank clearance form from HDFC and I have paid them 14120/-.

I have checked my credit card ending ***4418 statement through hdfcbank card login portal (netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/CCLogin.html) dated 01.07.2019 and found following transaction done from my card:

Rs. 15,051.83 at M/s WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM LONDON GBR dated 26.06.2019.

Since, I have neither authorized nor participated in this transaction, so I called hdfc customer
support officer to block the card. As per direction of customer support officer, I have also submitted the dully filled dispute form on the same day to [email protected].

A few days ago I transferred some money into my account and the bank immediately froze (hold) 1308/- as non maintenance charge, I called up the bank to check why this was done without any prior information, no email no sms nothing, the person on the phone said it’s RBI rules and used the words ‘we do not infrom customers about it’
I would like to ask how is a customer supposed to save their money if the bank is not informing them about deductions?

But now they not call pic up .
Already I complained both bank (ICICI and SBI)bank but bank not respond me. I think both bank branch involved this frouding issue.

So, I kindly requested to your good office please solved the problem.
