The same is not working from date of delivery on 28/07/2019 . On 4th august,2019 I have lodged the complaint to filipkart for replacement of of hand set., on 5th I received a call from Customer support my requested rejected and technician will visit for rectification on 8th august, but not visited, again I pursued on 09/08/2019 for same query and I customer care communicated that on 11/08/2019 will visit but not visit , again I requested to rectify the same the communication received from customer support that on 13/08/2019 but sill not visited any body and the answer the same.
