mere mobile pe 17 april 2:29 pm ko 52250 se ek msg aaya usme likha tha “Thank for subscibing toGENRAL JOKE_chota_30 on TATA DOCOMO 3G Life WAP service. you’ve been charged Rs. 30.0/-.” ae sa par mene aesa kuch bhi nahi kiya tha na koi service active karya thi fir mene 1 hour ke baad mene coustmer care me call kiya to us adhikari ne meri baat mani aur kaha ki aapka balance aur service deactivate kar denge 3 hour me ho jayenga aesa kaha par 5 hour huye to bhi nahi hua. ais tarah mene 19 april tak call kiya aur reply me ye kaha jata tha ki aap nishchint rahiye aapki joke wali sewa band ki jayegi aur balance bhi mil jayenga aesa kaha jata tha muje .…

3 Times Money Deducted Wrongly

Dear Sir,

My self Ajit B. Patel (9974018243) and i am using tata docomo card since last 1 year but recently my balance deducted 3 times and while i called customer care they told that the balance deducted due to java game download through DIVE IN service. but i had never used their DIVE IN service but i am using 2 GB internet plan for downloading and surfing. Initially i complained to [email protected] but they are also saying the same thing and i didnot get my money back.

i also checked the above complains regarding tata docomo and most of them are also having the same problem like i have.…

Disturbance By Messege And Cut Money From Mobile Balance

To Authorized Person, Consumer Complaints,
Respected Sir, Today at 1.00 PM(Approx), I got company’s messege. It displayed something but I have not read it. The messege was displayed with only OK option. It was not SMS. As I said, I have not read it and pressed OK because of my bysy schecule, After some time, Approx. 2 or 3 minutes, I got messege from “DIVE IN VOICE” that “Hi! you have been subscribed to monthlyVaastu [email protected] Rs 30/30 days. Your Service will be activated within 24 hrs.To unsubscribe, dial 155223(Tollfree).”
At that time after reading this messege, I check my balance and found that Rs 30 have been cut from my balance.…

Tata Docomo,gujrat

sir, i use docomo sim last 1year .i take a new fone j105i and using 48 gprs plan.when i am surfing a free site at that time my balance is diducted .if my balance is 50 then cut 45 and may balance is 30 then cut 25. When i call custumer care they say u download vpa 13 java game.when i have not to download any conten of vpg 13 .and they offten say sory for thise problen.i can’t help in this problem.and they can’t returnd may balance.
I request to u sir. Plase take action agains docomo and give mi the may balance.…

I acquired TATA DOCOMO monthly 1gb free gprs plan on cost 48 ruppees for mobile. But during downloading and i loosed my talktime money near about 35 ruppees. Now I am not able to access any internet page, It shows “you don’t have enouge balance to make this call”. I have still more than 980MB balance for GPRS usage.
I complaint to customer care BUT still the condition is same.…
