Activation Of Vulgar Caller Tune Without Requesting It

Uninor activated some vulgar romantic caller tunes on my mother phone number and deducted Rs.40/- within 2 hours of sending a intimation sms.
When we ask for any service or deactivation they ask for 24 Hrs or 48 Hrs. But activation of such unrequested hello/caller tunes, they only takes 2 hrs.
Moreover when in the evening, I called customer care no.121, Mr.Dheeraj said your account is not showing any activation as of now, so please call sometime later.

Phone Has Been Barred From Calls

I had purchased Uninor Sim card on 8th April 2011 with the connection number as 7383535756 from Aakash Provision Store Ahemdabad and had submitted the documents at that store. Before I left the store Uninor representative came there and had picked up the documents for further processing and had confirmed to me that on 9th April 2011 the documents will be submitted at the concerned office.

But to my surprise Uninor sent me a message on 13 April 2011 that due to not submitting the documents my outgoing service will be barred in two days.…

Uninor Mobile Automatic Balance Deduction Complaint

iam having a UNINOR pre paid mobile connection no 9173643092 since Aug 2010

however, since jan last week onwards the uninor has been automatically deducting Rs 15 per week from my pre paid balance against unlimited music which I had never subscibed at any point of time and I had made several telephonic complaints at customer care no.

They are behaving like cheats by everytime promising me that next time it will not be cut and as I recharge they cut that amount again. Thus I have stopped recharge / top up with the fear that they will again cut unanted charges.…

Uninor Complaints

I have uninor mobile gsm network. I have applied for DND activation before 8 months. Then again I have applied for DND activation before 4 months. Till DND service is not activated in my phone.
Second one, I have applied for MNP (Mobile number portability) to transfer my Uninor service to wodafone service. I have applied for MNP 3 times. Till Uninor is not transferring my sim card to wodafone.
Can you help me for this?
