Hi,
I purchased Sansui 40 Inch Smart LED TV (SKW40FH18X) with 3 year warranty in Aug 16.
Since January I was facing issue with TV panel so logged complaint (THA0602180334). Service center people visited and asked for the visiting charges Rs 994/- for collecting the TV from home and after service deliver back.
Almost a month later in April they came back to pick up the TV, telling that part has been reached so will repair in a week and return back.
