It is a very sorry state of affairs that my dena bank account is debited with an amount of Rs.345 while making 2 attempts to book ticket from surat to ahmedabad on 06/10/18 for the journey on 17/09/18 but my ticket was not booked.

Engineering bus stop.When I asked at LD BRTS bus stop my card was not there.Then again I asked about my card at customer care they said that please check at Ranip Brts stop,but at ranip i asked and even saw that my card was not there.Now i don't know where my janmitra card is delivered.I kindly request you to resolve my complain as earliest.

I have booked two tickets in the GSRTC bus for the journey between Surat to Dahod on 24th Aug 2018 PNR no. G21614571. The bus time was 22:31 hrs and we wait for two hours it was not came. So we arrange another transport facility. That's why I applied for refund in GSRTC but still today I not get my refund. I called them 3 times they told me you will get cancellation link in mail and you can get refund.
