Ihave been a customer of Tikona for half a month now.
Username 1104829693 .
Plan FUL adbp1499
since the time of installation till now I have been experiencing very low speed.
I am supposed to get 2mbPS but I get only around 300kbps.
that is just 10% of what I am promised.
Complaints etc do notĀ help.no response from anyone..they cheated by givin the connection out of their range and now no one is listening and solving the problem.. so please kindly help out from this problem..…
