My Complaint Description:
At the time of membership, they said we will arrange hotel and tickets contact person was Krishna and Shekher.
They also promised us for the refund if we will dissatisfy with their service and they have not mentioned any kind of T&C.
After taking membership they denied the trip by saying you will get this trip after 21 days. After lots of fight t and discussion, they agreed on us for hotel booking and denied for flight by saying this will need prior 15 days prior notice. We agreed and ask for options.
According to them, they have all luxurious properties but I did not find it the same.
At the time of payment, we ask for EMI and they agreed on 3300/- per month with 0% interest for 48 months and after we gave our cards to them they swap full amount without my consent and said we reduce 30k from membership total amount(1600000) please make directly EMI from the bank you will charge less interest but we get charged more.
Shekher and Krishna are the executives who made all these false promises.
When I checked with my bank it cost me double 60K interest for 48 months. They did fraud with us very smartly by taking full amount from my credit card.
They provide me below options which are not more than 2k/night including breakfast.

I visited Bali and opt for your service and I am not happy with your service as per your promises and Ads.
My First location was Sanur:
Astana Pengembak Suite Apartment & Villa Sanur
Check-In: 16 February 2019
Check Out: 18 February 2019
1. We got damage room the first time. Please find the pictures in the attachment.
2. We ask for the change and got the room with an ok condition not like display pictures on google or website.
3. The pool was not clean, nobody can swim into that.
4. No breakfast included perhaps the hotel cost is approx 2k only with breakfast.

My Second Location was Kuta:

1. If we booked this hotel by ourselves then will get free breakfast but this booking is done by CHIS and we were not eligible for that.
Return the Amount:
1. I do not find any use of the maintenance which you charged per year approx 8000 as I am not able to use any extra things on hotels. I do not understand why you guys are charging this much amount apart from 130000/-.
2. You guys charging more than any hotel for the trip by saying you are providing expensive hotel.
3. I do not want to continue with CHIS anymore. Proceed my request for return.

After writing to them they offered me again Bali hotels to stay back with CHIS but I denied and ask for a refund.
They agreed and mail me for 46,600/- deduction.
CHIS fail on their promises why should I pay such a big amount for nothing.
This company is totally fake and used lucky draw after checking your car model, an international trip which they make filled very smartly on malls by saying its a lucky draw.
I asked CHIS to cut my hotel charges and return my rest amount but they denied.
Requesting you if anyone is facing the same kindly join.
This CHIS company is only to make people fool. They do not have any properties.
Mentally I got harassed by CHIS before and after and even during the trip.
I need a refund for the full amount that has been given to CHIS.
