My Complaint Description:
I have applied for new ration card online by digital Gujarat website on 26.06.2018.
Till date there is no action taken on my application and I am also not been informed for the status.
Online help desk representative is saying me to visit mamlatdar office nearby. But not conforming that whether my ration card is ready or not. If I have to keep on visiting government offices then what is the meaning of online digital services? In fact I have paid full amount online as per rule.
