To Authorized Person, Consumer Complaints,
Respected Sir, Today at 1.00 PM(Approx), I got company’s messege. It displayed something but I have not read it. The messege was displayed with only OK option. It was not SMS. As I said, I have not read it and pressed OK because of my bysy schecule, After some time, Approx. 2 or 3 minutes, I got messege from “DIVE IN VOICE” that “Hi! you have been subscribed to monthlyVaastu [email protected] Rs 30/30 days. Your Service will be activated within 24 hrs.To unsubscribe, dial 155223(Tollfree).”
At that time after reading this messege, I check my balance and found that Rs 30 have been cut from my balance.
Immediately, I call to customer care of Tata Docomo and ask him (He says that his name is Mr. Nilay Kherala). I complained him and he immediately put my name into DND and stops my newly activated service [Approx. 5-10 minutes After Activation]. Now I have lost of Rs. 30. He is neither accepting my complain on the Rs.30 Loss nor giving me Rs. 30 back.
So please take actions on the Company – “TATA DOCOMO” or any corresponding party.
This might be done with anyone. So please take actions on the messege type of Splash Messege.
