My Complaint Description:
With regards to diva deal, order number DD105991, I placed the order via UPI and immediately after few minutes, sent email to cancel the same, as I saw the same product on another online shopping site for less than 50% of what Deal Diva offered.
As per their cancellation and refunds policy, if the order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded. Hence, I sent 4 emails regarding the same within 24 hours, but no one reverted. The order status isn't available on their website. I also tried to contact them via Facebook Messenger, again, no reply. I called up their number also, but no one responds, it's either busy or no one picks up.
