DAIKIN SPLIT AC MODEL : DTL50CV 1.5 T (IN WARRNTY)
BOUGHT FROM DEALER : FOURTH DIMENSION SOLUTION /// DATE: 26-05-2018

ALL COMPLAINS HANDLED BY: MOON AIRCON ,AHMEDABAD (DAIKIN SERVICE PROVIDER)
CONCERN PERSON FROM MOON AIRCON : MR. MANISH ,MR.JAFFAR 9898349196
MACHINE IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD

I HAVE PROBLEM OF BAD SMELL FROM MY A.C AROUND 3 MONTHS & MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER 'MOON AIRCON'

1.COMPLAINED REPORT AS PER ON 27.3.2019 WHERE CLEARLY INDICATES PROBLEM IS PENDING.
2.COMPLAINED REPORT AS PER ON 14.5.2019 WHERE CLEARLY INDICATES PROBLEM IS PENDING
& SEND TO HO FOR FURTHER REFERENCE

NO FOLLOWUPS HAS BEEN DONE SINCE THEN FROM MOON AIRCON & SERVICE IS TERRIBLY ZERO.
ACCORDING TO LAST TALK COOLING COIL NEEDS TO BE CHANGED BUT PAST 3 MONTHS THEY HAVE NOT DONE

REASON CAN BE HEARED COOLING COIL NOT IN STOCK.

BUT SINCE 3 MONTHS IT CAN BE PROCURED FROM ANYWHERE IN INDIA
MOONAIR PERSON MR. MANISHBHAI ALSO NOT PICKING MY PHONE.

REALLY FEEL DEPRESSED SEEING SUCH A SERVICE FROM DAIKIN
