I order a set of speakers from well known shopping portal FLIPKART. I paid online 629 Rs.
They delivered product on time but when I received the product I opened the package and the product was damaged. may be they supplied damaged product or the product was damaged during shipping but that wasnt my fault. so after receiving the product I contacted the customer care within 10 minutes.
They registered my complaint. and today they emailed me that product cant be returned. I’m happy if they at least replace the product with new one.
