My Complaint Description:
I have ordered a 6gb ram redmi note 7 pro mobile but I got a 4 gb ram redmi note 7 pro mobile.Seller has provided Invoice bill showing 6gb RAM displayed on bill but after unwrapping the courier, we get to know that the seller has provided 4 GB RAM phone after checking mobile phone box.
It's clear fraud issue from seller and flipkart and the Seller Shyeras Retail Pvt. Ltd.,Mumbai.I have been applying for return since 7 days and they both are denying to address this issue and resolve the same.
IMEI number present on invoice bill and mobile phone is same but there is difference in the RAM and memory variant in bill invoice and mobile phone box.
I have applied several times for return request but seller rejected every times.Company is giving remark stating that replacement cannot be fulfilled by seller as courier partner confirm delivery of item to customer with product being intact .But it has no relation with the issue/fraud which the company has done with me.
Kindly help me to get the phone returned or replaced with 6GB RAM configuration mobile phone.
