Dear Flipkart/Xiaomi/Jeeves Heads,
Today your Technician Mr Rajnikant from Thane visited my location and even without checking anything, he said Mobile phone is fine. When we asked him to share complete analysis over report paper, he didn't shared the same. I don't know why you are paying Jeeves Services Team…Is it for only visit or troubleshooting…he only did Reset of mobile which we already did yesterday..but no solution. He also confirmed that issue is there and took one video of 45 seconds where issue popped up….but not ready to share the same on report hence I didn't signed the report then how come my request got closed….Technician said I will close the request so that your mobile don't get replaced & he did the same…..My mobile is over heating…..Am I a fool to buy this Brand……last year too I bought 1 AC from Flipkart had some issue for which I had to reach to Micromax & flipkart & complaint multiple followups, technician visited and issue resolved by Micromax but not by Flipkart. I really had a very bad experience with Jeeves Last year & same is repeated this year…..Then why you guys don't do anything on this front….. ????
I have spend Rs 17K for Redmi Note 7 Pro mobile bought yesterday which is having software issue as call not getting through everytime issue arises as Application error in 30 secs. Also, there is over heating issue.
Your Technician haven't filed complete report or did any testing..I have been told that he will bring some device to check Heat problem & software update….as per Flipkar team whom I spoke yesterday Mr. Kedar…….& basis technician ill-behavior I had to ask him to leave out of house because of his language which was not proper in front of my wife……He also threatened me by saying I will ensure your mobile won't get replaced by filing incorrect report which was very un-professional. He wants us to visit Xioami MI center for troubleshooting……I don't get it….It a brand new mobile…..Then WHY I have to visit service center.
Yesterday I got phone & within 6 hours of initial observation, we found mobile has some issue…..and reported immediately…but I think I am stuck with this faulty piece…..I am not asking for Refund…But I need replacement of this faulty piece. My request has been canceled PFA Image.
I am stuck with this faulty piece & paid 17K. Need you kind support…I know I am just a single client for Flipkart/Xiaomi so it won't bother you much but it would be really helpful if you reprimand such behavior from Technician and assist with mobile replacement. Thanks
