My Complaint Description:
I had booked a bus ticket from Goibibo in GSRTC bus from Ahmedabad to Bhavnagar on 6:25 PM on 02/06/2019 with name of Mr Hareshkumar Shah. I had attached ticket's PDF copy & screenshot of confirmation for booking.
When I had travelling in bus of Ahmedabad to Palitana Taleti around 6:30 PM,that bus is without conductor. So driver is announcing for come to driver cabin for confirm passenger's advance booked ticket which is very wrong system.
When he checked my ticket then he told that this bus route Ahmedabad to Palitana via sihor. It is not travel via Bhavnagar, also my booking showing to driver from Ahmedabad to Sihor which was not know to us.
Due to this technical problem by Goibibo & GSRTC , my fixed planning at Bhavnagar are failed. Also my travelling time increase, also the mental strain I experienced for this is the return of rupees 300 in my Amazon UPI address.
I had also complained on Goibibo customer care which mail's screenshot I had attached in mail.

So please do the needful.
