I haven’t received the same design of kurties which I have ordered online dated 09/05/2019 at 04:49:00 pm. After receiving the wrong delivery, i requested them on mail for 2 times but there is no reply from the owner of "House of Lehengas".

As according to their return policy, I have to mail them first and after getting confirmation i can send the courier to the given address. But for that i havn't received any mail till date.

  1. I have ordered one item. but i didn’t receive any message or mail related to the delivery. I sent several mails and messages to customer care. But no response. I have already done the payment. I just called to the customer care number # 06290413331 and 06289788546. Somebody taken and they are saying that they will refund that amount. They are not even saying that when i will get that product. They were asking my bank account balance and CVV details. i said i am not ready to say these things then they said they will not deliver the product and will not refund also. i said i will do the complaint. they are telling go and do the police complaint they don’t have any problem.
