Refer my order no. IN2903110709 dated 29 Mar 11 at a cost of Rs 199/- which was paid through net banking for shipping to Allahabad.

Status of Order updated in IndiaPlaza site stating “Shipped On 14 Apr 11 vide Consignment No 10029488615 through Deccan360 Couriers”. I went to the courier site to track my consignment and found that it has been delivered at Calcutta (Park Street) 16 Apr 11 whereas my address is of Allahabad.

Fortunately not a very big amount stuck. Spoke to Catherene on 27 Apr and to Netra on 29 Apr 11 at the customercare number. Regarding status, reply is ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Amount spent on STD calls is probably more than the cost of item. Even refund is also not being made against the request.

Also, absolutely no response against my emails (my Tkt no. CNT085930607134188 and CNT170602153137763) in their own website.
