My Complaint Description:
This is Brijeshkumar Bhatt and hereby I am lodging a complaint against Jet Airways as per below details,
I was suposed to fly with Jet Airways on 05th April 2019, From Vadodara to Mumbai By Jet Airways Then Mumbai to Hongkong Operated by Jet Airways and Hongkong to Auckland operated by Jet Airways as well . Jet Airways rescheduled flight from Vadodara to Mumbai atleast 3 times and finally cancelled it 4 days before I was supposed to fly , Also they cancelled another two international flights from Mumbai to Hongkong and Hongkong to Auckland just before 4 days of travel which is super frustrating. Now they are offering a partial refund for the ticket that I booked few months in advance to get tickets cheaper , also when inquired how much refund i will get? They are saying its approx NZ$400 – $450 for the original ticket of NZ$1164 which is almost 40% of my ticket, i have to suffer for time and money for no reason and Jet Airways not even compensating enough for the cause , they are not reissuing any kind of flights or giving any other options then refund which is not good compensation for last minute flight cancellation also i have to rebook flight and spend $727 for new flight and the earliest date for that is 22 April 2019 , for this i will have to suffer at my work back in New Zealand for no prior notice to extend my stay . So all in all i have to pay extra money for rebooking of ticket , i have to stay home and will have to suffer at work for no prior notice and i am investing all my time to get justice for this and couldn’t enjoy my holiday in India for last minute cancellation of flights from Jet Airways.
Hereby ,I request a justice and compensation of money for the possible risk of loss of job , loss of money for the reissuance of new tickets and for all those time and things I had to suffer for the cause , from Jet Airways.
Looking forward for the positive feedback soon, my next flight is on 22 April 2019 , I hope I hear a justice before that.
