I had booked 4 tickets on 4th January 2011 of cricket match between India & Ireland was to be played on 6th March 2011 vide confirmation ID: 10002943750032-KZ200058875. I had paid Rs. 4,560.32/- for these tickets. But till 7th March 2011 I have not received the tickets.

I have been following up on emails and phone numbers mentioned below but got no reply for a single time.

    This is to let know that this the worst website i have ever seen,
    i have purchased a 7 tickets for India vs south Africa series in Eden gardens on 8.10.2015 for D block,

    so today i have visited Eden Gardens to collect my tickets but while collecting the tickets Mr.navin jha(Business Associate) of Eden gardens said that we cannot give tickets for D block because they have allotted those seats to police and they can give me the ticket for H block and they are saying that if you are not willing to take the tickets then we can give you the money refunded,

    My question is this that why kyazoonga didn’t took any kind of initiative to resolve these kind of issue,in this mean time i have already spoken with kyazoonga regarding the same but they said me that we cannot do anything about it.
    why there is so much of communication gap between kyazoonga and Eden gardens authority,highly dissatisfied with these kind of service…will publish the same in social networking sites and will never recommend any to this website any more
