My Complaint Description:
I got there link at facebook and then i ordered a kurti (order no.- 39904 and awb# 70400288464). from their website ladyware.in. the delivery company js smartship.in by blue dart. it was for rs 399 and including gst and other charges it cost me for 550Rs. I payed the amount through cash on delivery. And then when i opened the packet. There was an old saree inside it. Which i didn't even ordered.
Please help me get my money back.

  1. I placed ordered on 01st May, 2019 with the order no 37892 for the Anarkali dress code 79 for which I have paid Rs. 630 by debit card by using your 20% discount offer.
    On today i. e 06th May, 2019 I have received wrong product which is saree which I didn’t ordered.
    Now when I trying to call on this no 919672996664,
    After dialing 3 & 4 for refund request & to connect your executive, the call gets disconnect automatically, after that I have submitted your refund return form online in which clearly mentioned Thanks for contacting n will connect you shortly, still I have not received any call even after 2 hours,
    After that I tried to submit message on option available on your site, message showing there is error try again
    Why there is such worst services careless, negligence, improper system from order placed till it delivered to customer from your side.
    I want my refund on the submitted details on urgent basis.
