My Complaint Description:
I purchased Lloyd split AC (Model – LS12I31AF) for my house on 25 Mar 2019 from Bhumi Enterprise, Shop No. 891, Vishwakarma Shopping Centre, Sector 21, Gandhinagar-382010.

AC fitting was done on 31 Mar 2019.
AC not working properly. Only working for approximately 30 minutes. After that stop working and LED display is showing 'EC'.
To register the complaint, contacted dealer many times but problem is not resolved yet. Dealer is not interested to resolve the problem.
Warranty period commited by dealer was 5 years for AC & 10 years for compressor. I have a warranty card.
Then, registered complaint twice via email to Lloyd customer care at ‘[email protected]’ on 16 Apr 2019 and 27 Apr 2019 but no solution till date.
People working at local Lloyd customer service centre are not giving satisfactory answer.
Please do the needful.
