My Complaint Description:
Dear team

Please note that i purchased micromax canvas 2 last january, It was working okay, But before 1 month the touch was not working and i submitted the phone to service station, I got my phone repaired and they stated that we have fit a neew touch and problem wont happpen again, Now tonight my touch is not working again, And i dont want to go again to service station as they normally take 15-20 days and it will be the same result again, I am going to call them tomorrow morning for replacement of the device, But i dont think that they will answer me positively,.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and advise me whether my cell will be replaced or not,
