My Complaint Description:
My name is Nishant Uchil and I am a new user of MOBIWKIK. I installed ur app in my phone and tried to make en electricity bill payment today for the amount of INR 2770 through my DBS bank UPI ([email protected]) on February 22, 2019 at around 8:30 pm. While proceeding the app got stuck and later I got a message saying there is some problem in my bank website hence unable to proceed with the transaction. However the amount is debited from my bank account and it shows the payment is made to [email protected].
My bank (DBS) has confirmed the receipt of payment from the merchant which is MOBIKWIK.
Kindly have a look into the same on priority and urgency basis and revert the money back to my account at the earliest or else I may have to file a case of fraud in the consumer forum and other respective agencies.
I hope to receive a positive response at the earliest or else I will have to put the message across social media that MOBIKWIK is cheating its customers.
