My Complaint Description:
i have purchase new Mcromax Canvas HD A-116 mobile from www.cromaretail.com from 3rd apr-2013 and i have got delivery of the mobile on 11th apr-2013 but after opening the pack i seen that mobile having a defect of charging problem whenever i pluged mobile in charging the mobile was swithced off after that i call in croma customer care but i couldn’t get satisfactory solution regarding the problem so now my mobile is off condition after i went to micromax care center but that person told me the mobile is not in warranty because it’s seal is not there so if you want to repair your mobile you need to pay repairing cost up to 4000 rs. after i call croma customer care the representative told me to get DOA form but he not give me the form so now what can i do please take nacessary action on my complaint…

    I have purchased a policy of Rs.6000/- while buying a car from HDFC home ergo policy from vapi HDFC home ergo general insurance. while purchasing this policy of insurance they have told me that if you lost your job, then you will be getting a payment of car loan for three months. In the month of march I have lost my job due to coast cutting. I have also submitted this letter while claim. My claim number is C295013000262 and policy number : 2950200236098800000.

    I have claim about this before last ten days. and yesterday when I got enquiry in hdfc home ergo care, they have told me yesterday you will not get money for this. They clearly mention in policy form for the loss of job.

    please help me to get this clear.
