My Complaint Description:
I M USING RELIANCE BROABAND INTERNET SERVICE. I HAD ASKED FOR PHYSICAL BILL WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE CONNECTION. BUT I HAD NOT RECIEVED ANY BILL TILL DATE, AND DESPITE SEVERAL REQUEST TO THE CUSTOMER CARE (RELIANCE) I WAS ONLY GETTING THE REPLY THAT I WILL GET THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST. MY CONNECTION IS BEING DISCONNECTED EVERY MONTH FOR 3-4 DAYS DUE TO LACK OF PAYMENT , FOR WHICH I HAD NOT RECIEVED THE BILL.
PLEASE HELP ME AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
