My Complaint Description:
Dear team
Am Arun Gaikwad from navi mumbai i was port my mobile to tata docomo network the sales person tell me the rental plan 299 with 1000 min and 500 mb data i said am ok with this plan and i port it when the document collector comes to collect my document on that form, in that form showing plan 299 rental and 600 min and 100 data i call that sales person she said i will manage and convert your plan after one month i get a bill its 668 something am send a complaint mail for that they told me sign that form so we will not help you in that case.after that i sned a massage to port i get a call from one call coordinator he told me we r sorry for that i will change your plan to 199 rental 600 min 100 data i said am ok with this after some daysi was check my plan it was not change i call on that number that the TL told me we are sorry for that our coordinator by mistakenly told the this plan we dont have that plan .so please help me am very heritage from this company am clearly told this company now i will not pay the bill please please solve my problem
