My Complaint Description:
I am using YOU Broadband & Cable India Limited connection from past 1year.
I use plan of Hurricane in which 1st 25GB is @12mbps and than 1mbps speed for rest of the month.
I always put an anticipatory renewal in que so my internet connection dont disconnect.
I was out of 25gb in 1st 20days only and than i was getting 1mbps speed so i activated anticipatory plan in que to get 12mbps speed in advance. but i was not provided 12mbps speed and i complained 3 times for the same and also my resources was deducted from 25GB and i was given 1mbps speed for 4days. when i request to give the resources and days back and credit to my account bcoz i was not getting the desired and mentioned speed which i bought. my old plan was also providing the same speed of 1mbps than whats the use of activating new plan in advance ??
they credited days in my account and not resources. and everybody knows that days is useless, everybody requires resources only.

Please take action against them. i m ready to fight against them who misleads there customers and dont give the proper service what we have paid for.
