My Complaint Description:
I had taken the connection of Airtel for Mobile before one year and after I didn’t get the signal at my home. I had complained so many times and there was no action. They told me that there is no tower near your house so this is the problem and we are trying to install new tower but there is no time limit. I asked them for the time limit but refused to say. Then I told them to convert my complaintpaid connection to prepaid connection so that I don’t have to pay unnecessarily. They also refused this request saying that three month is not completed and you have to use complaintpaid connection for the minimum of three months. After three months I asked them to convert my SIM from complaintpaid to prepaid they accepted the request but didn’t convert to prepaid. When I checked then told me that you have to pay the bill first. I paid the bill and requested again to convert it to prepaid. They just passing the time. At last I Had done porting for the same. Last bill which I didn’t paid due to this issue, they had complained for the same and received the money for the last bill.
I want to know that why we should pay if they are giving us the proper service. I need your help for this issue.
I hope I will get the justice for the same.
