In continuation of our e-mail dated.19-03-2011 regarding non receipt of service from your Surat Customer care centre. I have so many times e-mail with regarding the matter. You say your last mail dated.24-03+-2011 ” I am maintaining adequate follow ups with the Branch Service Manager concerned and will update you with the status accordingly as soon as possible. ”
But I am very sorry to inform you that, till now you have not solved my problem. I further inform you that, My original bill is misplaced from us. Please inform us. What is the procedure for regular service receivable for misplace bill customer ? ” Why you can not understand my Product is “SAMSUNG” ?
I further inform you that, I have most of SAMSUNG product used in last so many years because of TRUST. I herewith inform you that now i have purchased one Washing Machine also.
You have not give a good response to us, then I will compliant your higher authority/ Nodal Officer and Customer Grievance Cell. Your company will have to pay for the mental torture and getting from your company.
