My Complaint Description:
For package tour of South Africa departure on 06-11-12, On first day we arrived at Johannesburg airport on 7.30 a.m.( All timings written is South African standard time) We had given lunch at 3.30 p.m. Sight seeing was completed at 11.15 a.m. It was very painful for us to wait for lunch till 3.30 p.m. without having breakfast. We had noticed that it was unnecessary delay from your part for lunch.
As per highlights of tour internary given to us, during the tour there were serving of 4 gala dinners (Thai, Malaysian, Burmese, Italian, Mexican), also serving South African branded wines and also Romantic candle light dinner. We asked tour manager for all above are missing. The reply was that “ You talked with Mr. Nirav @ Ahmedabad as he had given you such iternary, which is not in my scope. If you wish you may purchase wine & encash bill from Mr. Nirav @ A’bad.”
We had selected this tour exclusively for adventure, wild life safaris and game drive. As wild life safaris are one of the most important factor for visiting South Africa. On very first day of our game lodge, our first game drive safari was cancelled, which was not acceptable in any case for us. On next day due to mis-management we had been given only two hours(6 to 8 a.m.) for game drive resulting non spotting of big 5 animals of Africa. We requested tour manager to stay one more day in Quantu as safari is most important part of tour, & we have one day spare at Mosselbay (comming next destination in tour). But he had denied. Here we feel like wasting of our money in this tour.
Sir, we want justice for above.
